19 degrees to be exact.
But with a wind chill of 1 degree.
I woke up at my normal time, 6am, and checked my email to see about work.
It was delayed until 10am!
So, I went back to sleep until about 8am and took my time getting ready while watching the news.
The roads were pretty much like an ice skating rink. But everyone was driving slow (below 20mph) so it was OK.
I got to work a little after 10am but NO ONE was there.
I called my boss to see if anyone was coming in and she said that since schools were all cancelled that people were working from home and that I could too!
So I made the slow journey back to my house, put on my sweatpants and have been enjoying my lazy Tuesday snow day :)
Meko just HAD to go outside,
but reconsidered when she felt the single digit wind chill!
